The six phases of training

Phase 1:  Consultation
Your TTC trainer works with you to define your training requirements and objectives.

Phase 2:  Getting to know your business
Your trainer gets aquainted with your particular business requirements and together with you works out a specific action plan.

Phase 3:  Developing the training concept
TTC-The Training Company develops a creative training program, tailor-made to fit your expectations and goals.

Phase 4:  Preparation
The coach visits your company and gathers information regarding work practises to develop role-plays and goal-oriented tasks.

Phase 5:  Training
The training programme is implemented on the basis of a well-defined checklist.

Step 6:  Follow-up
Analysis of training and goas achieved - further training requirements and additional measures are discussed.
