Phase 2: Getting to know your businessYour trainer gets aquainted with your particular business requirements and together with you works out a specific action plan.
Phase 3: Developing the training conceptTTC-The Training Company develops a creative training program, tailor-made to fit your expectations and goals.
Phase 4: PreparationThe coach visits your company and gathers information regarding work practises to develop role-plays and goal-oriented tasks.
Phase 5: TrainingThe training programme is implemented on the basis of a well-defined checklist.
Step 6: Follow-upAnalysis of training and goas achieved - further training requirements and additional measures are discussed.
